Keep Moving

 Dear One:  Today is a new day!  Your sadness of last night need not be carried with you throughout this day.  Set your intention to learn from your sadness and fear and set it aside.  Perhaps you will need to visit it again, but we can assure you that it will never be in the same way.  Learning from sadness changes you.  It may be slow, but it happens.  Instead of fighting sadness, welcome it, ask it to leave you with a blessing of deeper healing and learning.  Sadness takes you to places that you would not visit otherwise.  It is not a bad thing to admit that you are sad, as long as you also believe that your sadness will be transmuted into understanding.  Understanding does not necessarily bring joy; but it does bring an ending to this current sadness.  Do not dismiss your experience even if it does not culminate in joy.  Look for other endings--a more willingness to sit with someone else in their sadness perhaps, or a forgiveness for yourself or others for being less than kind to you.  Contrary to some current thought, constant joy, while pleasant, may not be the pathway that leads you to deeper and deeper oneness.  Open your hearts to your pathway.  Do not judge it.  Embrace it and keep moving.  Fondly, Maralda
