What are we paying attention to today? Depending on our answer, we are either deepening our personal transformation or we are ignoring it. It is so easy to get pulled into what is going on around us. It may well be that only those who have achieved very high levels of consciousness are truly aware of every moment of their attention. More than likely, most of us simply fail to believe or, perhaps, understand that by changing that to which we are giving our time, energy, and concentration, we change not only ourselves—we change the world in which we live. Turning our attention toward something that gives us an opportunity to learn, to grow, to expand our understanding of who we are is always worth the time it takes. May we find the commitment to ourselves and to the word to say “no” to that which would call us to other pursuits. Namaste
