"Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dream." ~ Paulo Coelho
Fear can sometimes stifle our attempts to live into our dreams. We fear that we will fail and we equate failure with suffering. Only in trying, perhaps in the face of great odds, do we find that the suffering is far less than the fear of it. We look at something we dream of; we doubt ourselves. We do not doubt the dream; we doubt our ability to achieve it. Instead of letting go of that fear, we let it consume us, depriving us of the very things that will fulfill our lives. And dreams, whether big or small, sustain us as we travel this road. We find that as we turn our hearts over to our dreams, we may encounter setbacks, even heartbreak, but that does not mean the dream is not meant for us. It only means that we continue on in belief, first and foremost in ourselves, and secondly in our dream. Dreaming is what the Universe does for us and when we can find ourselves in the midst of that dream, we surrender to its reality. Namaste
